Below are resources that will be helpful in identifying – and learning how to deal with – areas of mental and emotional bondage. My prayer is that these resources will help you find balance and freedom.

Check back often as I will continually add new resources as this ministry grows. If you'd like to submit a resource, click here

Shadow Voices (DVD)

This is an excellent documentary on Christians with mental illness that covers: fighting the stigma...working for recovery...finding hope. It also has a segment to help educate pastors and churches on helping Christians with mental illness.

James L. Hall Center for Mind, Body and Spirit

My friend, Charlotte Lankard, is the director of this non-profit, educational organization committed to improving health by increasing awareness of the healing power of the connection between mind, body and spirit. Affiliated with Integris in Oklahoma CIty.

University of Oklahoma Counseling and Psychology Clinic

Provides an affordable means to professional counseling. This is OU's psychology residency program; counselors are doctoral level students supervised by licensed psychologists. It is a very well operated, professional clinic unlike any I've encountered that work on a sliding scale. Sliding scale fees based on your income. For those not local to the Oklahoma City area, you may be able to find such a residency program at your state college.
